I grew up in the Springfield, Illinois area and always had a passion for photography and people, so this career path was one that came naturally to me. After finishing my degree in Business, I realized that I would never be fulfilled working for someone else in a non-creative field and decided to follow my passion and take a leap of faith-- 5+ years later, I couldn't be happier doing what I'm doing! When I'm not behind the lens, I'm most likely traveling, surrounding myself with people I love, submerging myself into something new and creative, or teaching yoga (my other love!). I also have a fiery passion for banana ice cream and donuts-- my claim to fame is that I once got paid in donuts, still my most rewarding "paycheck" to date.
